After a few head pounding noise at the job fair. And after few exchange of words of encouragement to graduates to be just to make them apply for our company. I know I deserve a break.
I am getting excited every minute as our job fair near its end. Kebs sa ulan, kebs sa unsystematic accounting system and kebs sa bigat ng mga dalahin. All I want is to get out of here and go to a new place. Naks feeling
ang bongga bongga nung place. So after a ride north bound. I am nearing to one of the historical places in Manila. I do not know how it got its name but for me, being there is like being in a foreign land, in a different time: the past.
Call me naive or whatever you want to call me. But for me, the feeling of a first time brings excitement and happiness. Request sana ako ng drumroll...
Welcome to UST! The place of the Growling Tigers! The 400 year old school.
The beautiful structure of the Medical Arch, the facade, the Saints on top of the old building. WOW! This part of Manila makes me feel that I am in Spain, or in Italy or in Rome. I really can't help but awed its surroundings. Here lies a luscious green environment.
Ewan ko ba... but I love going to historical places, tulad nito. Parang it brings lif
e to what I have learned in my Social Science class.
Well, I hope I could still go back here and stay as long as I want, smell the old rustic scent, feel the breeze, review by history books, magmuni muni habang kumukuyakoy sa stone bench at kumakain ng butong pakwan.
